Delivery Information

Gift vouchers may be ordered for either postal or e-mail delivery and can be sent to the purchaser or directly to the recipient. Vouchers may be scheduled for a delivery date up to three months in advance. 

Email Vouchers

Emailed vouchers are sent out 24/7, every day of the year. A purchase confirmation email will be sent, followed by a second email with a link to a pdf of the voucher to download. If you do not receive these emails, please check your spam or promotions folders. If you still cannot see the emails, please contact us and we will assist.

Postal Vouchers

Postal voucher orders will be acknowledged by email. Gift voucher orders placed before 2:00 pm (Monday - Friday) will be sent out on the same day. Orders placed after 2.00 pm will be sent out on the next working day.

Postal vouchers are sent out by Royal Mail, first class post. The Royal Mail expect to deliver more than 90% of mail the day after posting. If you have not received a gift voucher within a couple of days, please contact us and we will advise.

Terms and Conditions 

Gift voucher purchase

Gift vouchers may be cancelled up to 14 days after the voucher has been delivered to the purchaser. Any refunds will be credited to the card used for the purchase. Requests must be made by email, quoting the six digit voucher ID. A cancellation fee may be charged.

Gift voucher use

Gift vouchers are valid only for the services stated, or for monetary amounts in exchange for services of equivalent value. Non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash. Delivery of services is subject to availability. No change or credit given. Services must be pre-booked and the original voucher surrendered prior to take up of the service. The unique code may only be redeemed once. No redemption after the expiry date.
